Today we tried our hand at Icelandic trout fishing! And we caught...nada, haha. Also, the wind was bitter cold today!! But the landscape was so amazing. We were completely alone save a herd of horses. The wind was blowing the long grass, the mountains around us were covered in snow; it was just beautiful, wild, and pristine.

Last night we got some famous Icelandic frozen yogurt. Their yogurt, frozen and otherwise, is really delicious. Super creamy and lots of protein. And for mix-ins, they have like ten different kinds of black licorice candy!
