On Thursday we decided to relax a bit! Andrew and Christina are spending their last few days at the Marriott outside the city center, so we took advantage of the pool! We splashed and swam, and lunched poolside.
In other gripping news, I tried Italian pancake mix. First of all, the directions on the package made the pancakes way too watery and thin (they're probably intended to be more like crepes). Then, a lack of Pam spray combined with a lack of rubber or plastic spatula equaled breakfast disaster. Ha!
